We invite you to join us as an exhibitor and/or a sponsor at the Pennsylvania Water Environment Association's 90th Annual Technical Conference & Exhibition (PennTec 2018), which will be held at the Hershey Lodge & Convention Center in Hershey, PA, on June 3-6, 2018. cindyrock@pwea.org - 570-549-2204
With an average yearly attendance of over 700 water quality professionals seeking the latest knowledge and technology available, PennTec would be a great way to get the word out about your products, equipment, and services!
Prime space in the Exhibit Hall will sell quickly, so don't delay--sign up to reserve your preferred booth right away!
In addition to booth space, we offer various Sponsorship Opportunities which can further enhance your company's visibility during the Conference. Details can be found on the registration pages and also in the PennTec 2018 Exhibitor Prospectus.
The Exhibit Hall will open at 11:45am on Monday and close at 5:30pm on Tuesday. Exhibitor setup will take place on Monday, 7:00-10:30am. Exhibits will open at 11:45am. Teardown will take place immediately following the exhibit hall closure on Tuesday at 5:30pm.
Booth price (includes standard booth furniture, electric service, internet access, carpet, and two complimentary conference registrations for your booth reps):
10x10 Booth (inside Exhibit Hall) $1395 member $1495 non-member
Outdoor Space (with indoor booth) $ 250 member $ 300 non-member
When registering online for booth space, be sure to print a copy of the PennTec 2018 Exhibit Hall Floor Plan so you can choose your preferred booth locations during the registration process.
Please note: there is no deadline for booth registration, but we encourage you to register sooner rather than later. The higher visibility booth locations will go quickly, and there have been times when all available booth space was sold out well before the conference dates. Plus we need your contract no later than April 20th in order to include your company information in the Exhibitor Listing in the On-Site Conference Program. Any exhibitors who sign up after that date will be listed in the On-Site News handout which is distributed on-site to attendees with their registration packets.
