Tabletop Display at Private Property I/I One-Day Conference

The Pennsylvania Water Environment Association’s (PWEA’s) Private Property Inflow & Infiltration Conference will be held on October 17, 2017, in Kulpsville, PA.
We are pleased to offer tabletop exhibit space to provide vendors the opportunity to promote their I&I-related products, equipment and services!
EXHIBITS – A limited number of TABLETOP spaces are available on a first-come basis. The fee for tabletop space is $200, which includes one draped table and one chair. Electric is not included. If you need electric service, you will be provided with information to make those arrangements directly with the hotel.
Exhibits will be in the same room as the classroom sessions and meals. Following are the times when class will not be in session. These are the times when the attendees can visit the displays and talk with you about your services.
7:30-8:30am Registration with Coffee & Pastries
11:00-11:30am Exhibitor Networking Time
11:30am-12:30pm Lunch Break and Exhibitor Time
3:00pm Conference Conclusion
Displays should be set up by 7:15am on the day of the conference. Displays should be dismantled immediately following the conclusion of the conference.
CONFERENCE REGISTRATION – One complimentary registration is included with the exhibit fee. A second vendor representative may register at a discounted fee of $50. Any additional representatives must register as regular attendees. For more information about the conference, go to www.pwea.org.
OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS – Any overnight accommodations will be on your own. PWEA does not have a room block. Call the hotel at 215-368-3800 to inquire about room availability.
