PWEA Stormwater Conference
10/11/2018
8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Event Description
“Designing, Building, and Maintaining Pollutant Reduction Facilities:
Guide Your PRP to
Save Green”
A One-Day Stormwater Conference

This conference is presented by the PWEA Stormwater Committee.  PA DEP contact hours are not available. A total of 6.5 Professional Development Hours may be earned by attendees.

Conference Overview

What are the next steps to implement your Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) Pollutant Reduction Plan (PRP)? Join our experts to explore the financial and ecological commitments you made when you submitted your NPDES MS4 permit application to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (PA DEP).

Designers and regulators will discuss how to design pollutant reduction facilities (Green Stormwater Infrastructure, stream restoration) with an eye on controlling installation and maintenance cost.

Contractors who have built pollutant reduction facilities in Pennsylvania, including stream restoration projects, will discuss how to complete a project and what your long-term financial and maintenance commitments might be.

Whether it is Green Stormwater Infrastructure, structural stormwater BMPs, or stream restoration, designing and building pollutant reduction facilities to minimize long-term operation and maintenance costs is vital. Let us help you Guide Your PRP to Stretch Your Municipal Dollars and Save Green!
