Tabletop Displays at PWEA Stormwater Conference

Event Description
The Pennsylvania Water Environment Association (PWEA) will hold a one-day Stormwater Conference titled “Designing, Building, and Maintaining Pollutant Reduction Facilities: Guide Your PRP to Save Green”, on October 11, 2018, in Lancaster, PA.
We are pleased to offer tabletop exhibit space to provide vendors the opportunity to promote their Stormwater-related products, equipment and services! Seating will be available for 90+ attendees. Vendor tables will be set up along the perimeter of the room.
Exhibits
A limited number of TABLETOP spaces are available on a first-come basis. The fee for tabletop space is $200, which includes one draped table and one chair. Electric is not included. If you need electric service, contact Cindy Rock at cindyrock@pwea.org.
Exhibits will be in the same room as the classroom sessions and meals. Following are the times when class will not be in session. These are the times when the attendees can visit the displays and talk with you about your services.
8:00am Registration - Coffee & Pastries with Vendors
8:30am Conference Begins
10:00am Break & Networking with Vendors
12:00pm Lunch & Networking with Vendors
2:00pm Break & Networking with Vendors
4:00pm Conference Conclusion
Displays should be set up by 7:45am on the day of the conference. Displays should be dismantled immediately following the conclusion of the conference.
Conference Registration
One complimentary registration is included with the exhibit fee. A second vendor representative may register at a discounted fee of $50.
