PWEA Announces the 16th Annual Reception at WEFTEC
The Pennsylvania Water Environment Association's (PWEA) 16th annual reception will be held on Sunday, September 22, 2019, beginning at 8:00pm, at the Weather Mark Tavern, during WEFTEC.19 in Chicago. PWEA members will be invited to attend the reception.
Your company’s support of PWEA and this networking event would be greatly appreciated. This meet-and-greet dessert & cocktails reception will provide you with an opportunity to network with current or potential clients from Pennsylvania. Four sponsorship levels are available to choose from:
Platinum Level @ $750 | Gold Level @ $650 | Silver Level @ $550 | Bronze Level @ $450
Company names for all PWEA sponsorships received by August 23rd will be included on the reception invitation sent to PWEA members. All PWEA sponsors will be acknowledged in PWEA’s Keystone Water Quality Manager magazine. Additionally, company logos will be displayed with links to your company's website on the PWEA website. Platinum sponsor logos will be displayed for 4 months; Gold for 3 months; Silver for 2 months; and Bronze for 1 month.
We ask that you provide your color company logo in two different formats for use on the Reception sign and on website; deadline for receipt of logos is August 23rd. Original vector files (.EPS or .AI) are preferred for the sign and a JPG file is needed for the website.
In order to have your company name published on the invitation, on the signage and in the KWQM, please complete the PA Reception Sponsorship Form and return it by no later than Friday, August 23rd. (Additional sponsorships will be accepted after that date however, inclusion on promotions will be subject to printing deadlines.)
