BOOTH SPACE IS SOLD OUT! ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE FOR TABLETOP SPACE. ONLY 4 TABLETOP SPACES ARE LEFT!
A limited number of tabletops are available in the Hotel Break Areas on the first floor and the second floor, located near the classrooms. A 5-foot skirted table, 2 chairs and electric will be provided, plus complimentary registrations for two booth representatives. There is 3 feet of space between the tables. No pipe & drape. No space for free-standing floor displays. Displays are limited to what can fit on the table. Click links below to see diagrams.

We invite you to join us as an exhibitor and/or a sponsor at the Joint Technical Conference & Exhibition of the Pennsylvania Water Environment Association (PWEA) and the PA Section of the American Water Works Association (PA-AWWA). The Keystone Water Conference H2O20 will be held at the Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel in State College, PA, on August 23-26, 2020.
Each association has hosted their own Annual Conference for many years, and each has enjoyed robust attendance. We anticipate the combined effort of both associations will provide more than double the benefit for everyone involved. This joint conference would be a great place to get the word out about your products, equipment, and services.
Prime space in the Exhibit Hall will sell quickly, so don't delay--sign up to reserve your preferred booth right away!
In addition to booth space, we offer various Sponsorship Opportunities which can further enhance your company's visibility during the Conference. Details can be found on the online registration pages and also in the Exhibitor Prospectus.
The Exhibit Hall will open at 11:45am on Monday and close at 5:30pm on Tuesday. Exhibitor setup will take place on Monday, 7:00-10:30am. Exhibits will open at 11:45am. Teardown will take place immediately following the exhibit hall closure on Tuesday at 5:30pm.
Booth price (includes standard booth furniture, electric service, internet access, carpet, and two complimentary conference registrations for your booth reps):
8x8 Prime Booth (inside Exhibit Hall) $1650 member $2000 non-member - front area and aisles - SOLD OUT
8x8 Booth (inside Exhibit Hall) $1525 member $1875 non-member - SOLD OUT
Hallway Booth (8x8 or 6x8) $1375 member $1725 non-member - SOLD OUT
Tabletop Space $1175 member $1525 non-member - SPACE IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE
Outdoor Space $300 member $400 non-member - must also purchase indoor booth
To qualify for member rates, at least one employee must be a member of either PWEA or PA-AWWA.
Before registering online for booth space, be sure to print a copy of the Keystone Water Conference Exhibit Hall Floor Plan so you can choose your preferred booth locations during the registration process.
Please note: there is no deadline for booth registration, but we encourage you to register sooner rather than later. The higher visibility booth locations will go quickly, and there have been times when all available booth space was sold out well before the conference dates. Plus we need your contract no later than July 6th in order to include your company information in the Exhibitor Listing in the On-Site Conference Program. Any exhibitors who sign up after that date will be listed in the On-Site News handout which is distributed on-site to attendees with their registration packets.
Cancellation Policy: Booth cancellations received in writing on or before July 17th, will receive a full refund less a $250 processing fee. Cancellations received after that date will not receive a refund.
