We invite you to join us as an exhibitor and/or a sponsor at the PWEA's 93rd Annual Technical Conference & Exhibition (PennTec 2022), which will be held at the Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel in State College, PA, on June 5-8, 2022. With an average yearly attendance of over 700 water quality professionals seeking the latest knowledge and technology available, PennTec would be a great way to get the word out about your products, equipment, and services!

In addition to booth space, we offer various Sponsorship Opportunities which can further enhance your company's visibility during the Conference. Details can be found on the online registration pages and also in the PennTec 2022 Exhibitor Prospectus.
Exhibitor setup will take place on Sunday, 3:00-5:00pm, and on Monday, 7:00-10:30am. The Exhibit Hall will open at 11:45am on Monday and it will close at 5:45pm on Tuesday. Teardown will take place following the exhibit hall closure on Tuesday.
Booth price (includes standard booth furniture, electric service, internet access, carpet, and two complimentary conference registrations for your booth reps plus two discounted conference registrations for additional booth reps):
Outdoor Space (with indoor booth) $250 member or $300 non-member
Before registering online for booth space, be sure to print a copy of the PennTec 2022 Exhibit Space Floor Plan so you can choose your preferred booth locations during the registration process. If you prefer to register offline, complete the PennTec 2022 Exhibit Space Contract and send to the address shown on the contract form. Be sure to scan and email a copy to cindyrock@pwea.org before mailing.
Beginning in 2022, all credit card transactions will include a “technology fee.” A fee in the amount of 3.5% of each transaction will be added to cover the processing fees charged to PWEA for credit card processing.
Please note: there is no deadline for booth registration, but we encourage you to register sooner rather than later. The higher visibility booth locations will go quickly, and there have been times when all available booth space was sold out well before the conference dates. Plus we need your contract no later than April 29th in order to include your company information in the Exhibitor Listing in the On-Site Conference Program. Any exhibitors who sign up after that date will be listed in the On-Site News handout which is distributed on-site to attendees with their registration packets.
Cancellation Policy: Booth cancellations received in writing on or before April 29th, will receive a full refund less a $250 processing fee. Cancellations received after that date will not receive a refund.
Hotel Accommodations: A block of rooms is available at the Penn Stater. Information can be found on the Hotel Accommodations PDF. Call 800-233-7505 and mention the PWEA Room Block Booking ID PWEA22G to receive the block rate of $132. Reservations can also be made online at: https://thepennstaterhotel.psu.edu. Reservations will be accepted beginning February 4, and must be made by May 5, 2021.

Liability Waiver
By registering for this event, you agree to release and discharge all claims for your company, yourself, and any heirs against PWEA, its Board of Directors, successors, assigns, officers, agents, contracted employees, and volunteers, and will hold them harmless from any and all liability or demands for personal injury, psychological injury, sickness, death, or claims resulting from personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever which may be incurred by you relating to or as a result of your participation in business activities such as trainings and social events sponsored by PWEA. By registering for this event, you also acknowledge that participating in these events may include a possible exposure to a communicable disease, including but not limited to MRSA, influenza, or COVID-19. Your further acknowledge that you are aware of the risks associated with COVID-19 and that certain vulnerable individuals may have greater health risks associated with exposure to COVID-19, including individuals with serious underlying health conditions as listed at https://www.cdc.gov/. While particular recommendations and personal discipline may reduce the risks associated with participating in business activities or social events during the COVID-19 pandemic, by registering for this event, you acknowledge that the risk of serious illness, medical complications, and possible death does exist. PWEA will follow the CDC Guidelines in effect on the day(s) of the event.
