PWEA Announces the 17th Annual Member Reception at WEFTEC
The Pennsylvania Water Environment Association's (PWEA) 17th Annual Member-only Reception will be held on Sunday, October 9, 2022, beginning at 8:00pm, in the Briars Suite at Pat O'Brien's on Bourbon Street, during WEFTEC.22 in New Orleans. PWEA Members attending WEFTEC will be invited to the reception.
Your company’s support of PWEA and this meet-and-greet, dessert & cocktails Member-only Reception would be greatly appreciated. Four sponsorship levels are available to choose from:
Platinum Level @ $750 | Gold Level @ $650 | Silver Level @ $550 | Bronze Level @ $250
Platinum and Gold level sponsors will receive a one-year complimentary membership for one of your company representatives and the ability to have two (2) non-member representatives attend the Member Reception at no cost. Silver and Bronze level sponsors will be able to have one (1) non-member company representative attend the Member Reception at no cost. All company representatives who are PWEA Members may also attend. PWEA Members and your company representative(s) must register in advance to attend and will receive a silicon wrist band in order to enter the reception area.
Company names for all PWEA sponsorships received by August 23rd will be included on the reception invitation sent to PWEA Members. All PWEA sponsors will be acknowledged in PWEA’s Keystone Water Quality Manager magazine. Additionally, company logos will be displayed with links to each company's website on PWEA's website.
We ask that you provide your color company logo in two different formats for use on the Reception sign and on the website; deadline for receipt of logos is August 26th. Original vector files (.EPS or .AI) are preferred for the sign and a JPG file is needed for the website.
In order to have your company name published on the invitation, on the signage and in the KWQM, complete the PA Reception Sponsorship Form and return it by no later than Friday, August 26th. (Additional sponsorships will be accepted after that date however, inclusion on promotions will be subject to printing deadlines.)

All credit card transactions will include a “technology fee.” A fee in the amount of 3.5% of each transaction will be added to cover the processing fees charged to PWEA for credit card processing.
