This conference is co-sponsored by Pennsylvania's leading organizations representing the state's drinking water and wastewater sectors: the Pennsylvania Water Environment Association (PWEA), the Pennsylvania Municipal Authorities Association (PMAA), and the Pennsylvania Section of the American Water Works Association (PA-AWWA).
PFAS chemicals have gained national attention as harmful chemicals that persist in the environment and are challenging to treat. In the next decade, PFAS regulations are expected to emerge which will demand significant attention and resources from municipal and environmental professionals across Pennsylvania.
PWEA, PMAA and PA-AWWA recognize the important role of cooperation to address the PFAS challenge. This Specialty Conference will include presentations to understand the growing concerns of PFAS for the industry, emerging regulatory environment, and opportunities to manage PFAS risks to address public health and environmental concerns.
Vendor Opportunities
Tabletop display space is available, along with several sponsorship opportunities. We hope you will consider participating. TABLETOP SPACE IS CURRENTLY SOLD OUT. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE PUT ON A WAIT LIST IN CASE ADDITIONAL TABLES BECOME AVAILABLE, EMAIL CINDY ROCK AT cindyrock@pwea.org.
Tabletop Displays
A limited number of display tables will be available, located around the perimeter of the room where the presentations and food functions will be held. Displays must be set up by 8:00am; teardown is after the conference ends at 4:30pm. Displays must fit on the surface of the 6 foot skirted table. Space between tables will be approximately 2-3 feet. Floor space will not be available for free standing displays. We are not using pipe & drape, so there will be no way to hang banners. Skirted tables may be covered with the vendor's custom table cover or a banner could be draped over the table.

How to Access Member Rates when Registering Online
PWEA Members will be able to access Member Rates by using their Member Login credentials. PMAA Members and PA-AWWA Members should select the Non-Member registration option, and then enter the Member Code which will be provided by PMAA and by PA-AWWA to their Members. That Member Code will unlock the Member Rates.

Continuing Education
This conference has been PA DEP approved for 2.0 Water and Wastewater Operator contact hours for operators attending the full conference. Up to 6.0 Professional Development Hours (PDH) are available for Professional Engineers, Geologists, Land Surveyors, and other professionals attending the full conference. Tracking sheets will be provided to document attendance. Transcripts will be provided electronically after the conference.

Guest rooms are available at the Penn Harris Hotel, located at 1150 Camp Hill Bypass, Camp Hill, PA 17011. For reservations, call 717-763-7117 and mention the PWEA/PMAA/PA-AWWA PFAS Specialty Conference. Room rate is $109. Cut-off date for reservations is October 19, 2022.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received in writing by October 28th will receive a full refund less a $50 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after that date.
