PWEA Announces the 21st Annual Member Reception at WEFTEC!

The Pennsylvania Water Environment Association's (PWEA) 20th Annual Member-only Reception returns to Pat O'Brien's !  

The Pennsylvania Water Environment Association's (PWEA)  Annual Member-only Reception returns to Pat O' Brien's on Sunday, September 27, 2025, from 8-11pm, during WEFTEC26 in New Orleans.
All PWEA Members attending WEFTEC will be invited to the reception.
 
Your company’s support of PWEA and this meet-and-greet, appetizers & cocktails Member-only Reception would be greatly appreciated. Four sponsorship levels are available to choose from:
 
            Platinum Level @ $750    |    Gold Level @ $650    |    Silver Level @ $550    |    Bronze Level @ $250

Additional attendees:

• Platinum: four (4) non-member representatives attend the Member Reception at no cost.
• Gold level sponsors: three (3) non-member representatives attend the Member Reception at no cost.
• Silver level sponsors: two (2) non-member representatives attend the Member Reception at no cost.
• Bronze level sponsors: one  (1) non-member company representative attend the Member Reception at no cost. 

Sponsor Recognition

• Company names for all PWEA sponsorships received by September 2nd will be included on the reception invitations sent to PWEA Members.
• All reception sponsors will be acknowledged in PWEA’s Keystone Water Quality Manager magazine.
• Company logos will be displayed with links to each company's website on PWEA's website. 

We ask that you provide your color company logo for use on the Reception sign and on the website. Deadline for receipt of logos is September 2nd.
 
In order to have your company name published on the invitation, on the signage and in the KWQM, complete the PA Reception Sponsorship Form no later than Tuesday, September 2nd. (Additional sponsorships will be accepted after that date however, inclusion on promotions will be subject to printing deadlines.)
