Conference Overview
Pennsylvania communities are experiencing the perfect storm - more intense rainfall events, yet increasingly limited resources to effectively manage stormwater. This conference is organized by the Pennsylvania Water Environment Association, and the 2024 Stormwater Summit is crafted to deepen the technical knowledge of professionals from around Pennsylvania involved with meeting regional challenges while managing stormwater as a utility and providing an in-person forum where related issues can be discussed. The Summit will include oral presentations, interactive discussions, exhibitors, and opportunities for networking in dynamic settings.
Target Audience
The target audience for the Summit includes municipal managers, authority directors, elected officials, public works directors, local government, non-profit and conservation organization representatives, stormwater professionals, planners, and engineers.

Conference Fees
PWEA Member* - $100 (includes lunch)
Non-Member - $160 (includes lunch)
Registration
Registration can only be made online. Payment can be made by credit card, or you can register online and then mail a check within 10 business days. The registration deadline is August 29th. On-site registration cannot be accepted.
A 3.5% technology fee will be added to all credit card transactions. The credit/debit card name and address information must EXACTLY match what is on record with the financial institution issuing the card; otherwise, the transaction will be declined. This is a security measure to prevent fraudulent activity. Credit card numbers are NOT stored by PWEA or the payment gateway vendor.
Cancellation & Substitution Policy
Cancellations received in writing 4 weeks prior to the date of the conference will receive a full refund less a $30 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after that date. Substitutions may be made until the registration deadline and must be made in writing, accompanied by a registration form for the substitute.
Continuing Education Credit
A total of 6.0 Professional Development Hours (PDH) may be earned by Professional Engineers and other licensed professionals who track PDH credit. A total of 5.0 Continuing Education Credits (CEC) may be earned by those who do not use PDHs. PA DEP contact hours are not available. Transcripts will be emailed to attendees within 30 days of the conference date. Current PWEA members can access their educational transcripts at any time by logging into their member account.
Vendor Displays and Sponsorships
We are pleased to offer tabletop exhibit space to provide vendors the opportunity to promote their Stormwater-related products, equipment and services! Various sponsorship opportunities are also available.
Tabletop Display Space
A limited number of TABLETOP spaces are available on a first-come basis. Exhibits will be near the same room as the classroom sessions and meals. Times have been set aside in the agenda for attendees to visit the displays and vendors. Vendor tables will be set up along the perimeter of the rooms. Access to electric outlets may or may not be provided depending on location of tables. Tabletop fees are:
PWEA Member* - $350
Non-Member - $450
*To qualify for the Member fee, at least one person employed by the vendor must be a current PWEA Member or a current WEF Member with PWEA selected as their State Member Association.
Sponsorships
The following sponsorships are available:
Morning Coffee & Pastries - $250
Lunch Buffet - $300
All Day Beverages - $200
Signs with your company logo will be displayed near the food and beverage tables.
General Summit Sponsorship - $150
All sponsors will be recognized as part of the opening remarks
Registration for Tabletop Space or Sponsorships

Displays should be set up by 8:15am on the day of the conference. Displays should be dismantled immediately following the conclusion of the conference.

Overnight accommodations are the responsibility of each individual. PWEA does not have room blocks in any area hotels.

Conference Registration
One complimentary registration is included with the exhibit fee. Any additional representatives must register as an attendee at the regular rates.
