On behalf of the PWEA Board of Directors and the 2025 Conference Committee, it is our distinct pleasure to extend to you a warm invitation to join us at PWEA's 96th Annual Technical Conference and Exhibition, PennTec 2025. This distinguished event will take place from June 22-25 at the Kalahari Resort & Convention Center • 250 Kalahari Blvd, Pocono Manor, PA 18349.
 
PennTec 2025 promises an enriching Conference Program featuring a diverse array of topics centered around water quality. Complementing the technical sessions are workshops, approved by the PA DEP, offering additional contact hours for wastewater and drinking water operator licenses.
 

WORKSHOPS
For attendees registering for the Full Conference, workshops providing hour-for-hour operator contact hours are available at a discounted rate of $25 each. Seating for these workshops is limited, necessitating advance registration to secure your place. The Vendor Exhibition, an integral part of the Conference, offers invaluable opportunities to explore innovative solutions, discover cutting-edge products, and engage directly with vendors to enhance workplace efficiency and safety.

HOW TO REGISTER
All Attendee Registration is to setup to be conveniently completed online for 2025! Registrants will have the option to pay via Credit Card* or request invoice to pay by check upon completion of online registration.
*Kindly note, a 3.5% "technology fee" will apply to all credit card transactions.

 
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Kalahari for PennTec 2025. Reservations must be made by May 22, 2025. Rooms may not be available after this date!
 
The discounted room rate is as follows: $183.00 per Room/Single or Double Occupancy, plus taxes. 
This rate includes overnight accommodations only. All rooms are non-smoking.

CANCELLATION/SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Please be aware that refunds will not be issued after May 17th. Refund requests (in writing) received PRIOR to May 17 will be subjected to a $50 cancelation fee. Substitutions are permitted until May 31st, and will be subject to a $25 per person substitution fee.
