Optional Walking Tour and Social Mixer
On Wednesday, March 29th, the evening prior to the Summit, there will be an optional tour of a downtown GSI project at 4:30 pm, directly followed by a social mixer (pay as you go) at a downtown restaurant. If you would be interested, contact tom.batroney@hdrinc.com. This tour is optional and there is no charge, but RSVPs are requested so the committee knows how many to expect. Tour is Rain or Shine - wear comfortable walking shoes and bring an umbrella if needed.
Just Added - Optional Drone Pipe Assessment Demonstration (no cost - included with registration)
At 4:00pm on March 30th, following the conclusion of the conference, you are invited to travel by your car a short distance on Rt 228 in Cranberry Township to see a test flight of a drone rapidly assessing an "uninspectable" 48-inch RCP stormwater line by Justin Starr, PhD, Endowed Professor of Advanced Technologies at Community College of Allegheny County and Integrity Environment, Inc. Thank you to Cranberry Township for helping to coordinate a location for this demonstration. Directions to be provided at the conference and the demo will be weather dependent. Please wear outdoor footwear as there is a short walk on grass from a parking area to the demonstration site. This would also be a good opportunity to ask any questions about potential drone applications for your sites where access is challenging.
