Tabletop Displays and Sponsorships

The Pennsylvania Water Environment Association (PWEA) will hold a one-day Pennsylvania Stormwater Summit titled “Challenges to Managing Stormwater in Pennsylvania”, on March 30, 2023, in Cranberry Township, PA.  Seating will be available for up to 90 attendees.  

We are pleased to offer tabletop exhibit space to provide vendors the opportunity to promote their Stormwater-related products, equipment and services!  Various sponsorship opportunities are also available.
 
Tabletop Display Space
A limited number of TABLETOP spaces are available on a first-come basis.  Exhibits will be in the same room as the classroom sessions and meals. Times have been set aside in the agenda for attendees to visit the displays and vendors.  Vendor tables will be set up along the perimeter of the room, and will include one 5 foot draped table and one chair.  Electric is not included. 

Tabletop fees are:
PWEA Member* - $225
Non-Member - $300
*To qualify for the Member fee, at least one person employed by the vendor must be a current PWEA Member or a current WEF Member with PWEA selected as their State Member Association.

Sponsorships
The following sponsorships are available:
Morning Coffee & Pastries - $150
Lunch Buffet - $200
All Day Beverages - $100
Signs with your company logo will be displayed near the food and beverage tables.  
 
Registration for Tabletop Space or Sponsorships
Registration for a tabletop and/or sponsorships can only be made online. The registration deadline is March 17th. Payment can be made by credit card or a check can be mailed to arrive within 10 business days of online registration.  

A 3.5% technology fee will be added to all credit card transactions. The credit/debit card name and address information must EXACTLY match what is on record with the financial institution issuing the card or else the transaction will be declined.  This is a security measure to prevent fraudulent activity.  Credit card numbers are NOT stored by PWEA or the payment gateway vendor.

Following are times set aside on the agenda for attendees to visit with the vendors. 
8:30-9:00am            Registration - Coffee & Pastries with Vendors
10:45-11:00am        Break & Networking with Vendors
12:00-12:45pm        Lunch & Networking with Vendors
1:30-1:45pm            Break & Networking with Vendors
2:30-2:45pm            Break & Networking with Vendors
3:45pm                    Conference Adjourns
Displays should be set up by 8:15am on the day of the conference.  Displays should be dismantled immediately following the conclusion of the conference. 
 
Conference Registration
One complimentary registration is included with the exhibit fee.  Any additional representatives must register as an attendee at the regular rates.   For more information about the conference sessions, check the agenda on the Attendee Registration Page for the Summit.

Overnight Accommodations
Any overnight accommodations will be on your own.  PWEA does not have a room block at this hotel or any other area hotels.
