MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Dr. Lucia Murphy, also known as “Doctor Murph,” is the managing principal of The Leadership Architect Group. Operating at the intersection of science and art, her firm designs pathways for powerful sustainable leadership that produce results that stick. Having deep and varied experiences in business, academe and nonprofits, she inspires groups and individuals to step into their genius.
Lucia’s areas of expertise are Leadership Branding, Inclusive Team Engagement, Strategic Change Management & Executive Coaching.
Fluent in Spanish, Lucia offers bilingual/bicultural perspectives. An author and a cancer survivor, Lucia shares her wisdom with groups large and small, and has appeared on television, radio & broadcast programs.
An avid runner and accomplished woman of laughter, Lucia lives in Lancaster, PA, USA.
CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT
PWEA has applied for PADEP operator continuing education credits. A total of 2 credits may be earned. Approval is pending.
A total of 8.7 Professional Development Hours (PDH) may be earned by Professional Engineers and other licensed professionals who track PDH credit. Transcripts will be emailed to attendees within 30 days of the conference date. Current PWEA members can access their educational transcripts at any time by logging into their member account.
OVERNIGHT ACCOMMODATIONS
Overnight accommodations are the responsibility of each individual.
PWEA does not have a room block at any of the locations.
CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Cancellations received in writing 2 weeks prior to the date of the conference will receive a full refund less a $30 administrative fee. No refunds will be made after that date. Substitutions may be made until the registration deadline and must be made in writing, providing contact information for the substitute.
